Mr. Bagchi has over 25 years of rich experience in diverse areas like project advisory, corporate credit, loan syndication and advisory, structured finance and is well versed with Trusteeship business activities. He brings along with him his experience, knowledge and passion for banking & financial services.
He has served as MD & CEO of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited in the past. Additionally, he has also worked with IDBI Capital. Mr. Bagchi is well versed with Development & Financing in Power sector infrastructure projects.
Mr. Amarlal Daultani
Director
Mr. Daultani, with a rich experience of more than 40 years in banking industry, serves as a mentor at Ativir. He is a Post Graduate in Economics from Agra University. Mr. Daultani is a versatile banker and has vast experience in credit, forex and other general banking operations. He was the ex-Executive Director of Corporation Bank.
Mr. Aditya Jain

Mr. Jain is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a rich experience of more than a decade in Business Advisory, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. He was previously associated with ICICI Bank and an Investment Banking Firm. After completing his education a decade ago, Mr. Jain started consulting and advising clients across NBFCs, Real Estate, Power, Hospitality, EPC and Logistics sectors to name a few. At Ativir, along with spearheading the Group activities, he consults clients from all sectors and scale. Over the years, he has successfully serviced numerous clients on a pan India basis.
Mr. Sarwan Poddar

Mr. Poddar with a rich experience of more than a decade aims to offer Business Advisory Services to clients from all sectors. With over a decade of experience in consulting, advisory and execution, he has led assignments end-to-end for clients. He has previously worked with ICICI Bank and PwC.
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Mr. Poddar has been in the finance industry since 2005 and specialises in Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. At Ativir, he has serviced numerous clients from across sectors.
