It encapsulates effective handling of security creation within stipulated time, settlement of clearances & investor complaints, on behalf of debenture holders in event of further borrowings by the Issuer. We ensure to protect the interest of investor or the debenture holders. At the same time we also ensure an adequate asset coverage ratio during the tenure of the debenture/bond.

Scope of Services

  • Ensure Compliance of Listing Agreement, Companies Act, 1956 & SEBI Regulations.

  • To advise Issuer Company on mode of creation of Security.
  • To advise Issuer Company on the mode of creation of Security & registration of Debenture Trust Deed.
  • Draft and Vetting of transaction documents.
  • Follow-ups with the Issuer to ensure that it has made payment of interest/redemption of principal on a timely basis to the debenture holders.
  • Assisting Issuer Company on various aspects.
  • Hold the Security/Charge on behalf of debenture holders and keep the custody of the security documents.
  • To assist in obtaining in principle approval from stock exchanges.
  • Advise Clients on structuring of debt instruments.
  • Carry out Enforcement in terms of the Trust Deed and/or as may be instructed by the Debenture Holders, while complying with necessary laws and regulations.
